Well done! You have graduated from your couch-to-10 km and you are now a runner. What's next? Time to build up a high-quality base and get some running endurance into your legs. This is why I have created the Smash Your 10km program. In 8 weeks you will become even more accomplished at running. This is where running becomes fun. You will get to that point where you will easily be able to run 10km and finish it with a smile. - You get three structured running days a week designed to increase your strength, speed, and endurance. - 2 strength programs to improve range of motion, strength, and stability. - Access to coaching advice for the duration of the program. - A dedicated group of like-minded runners striving to better their running.
