Well done! You have graduated from your couch to a 10 km run, built a base, and are now a runner. What's next? A 21km run? It's time to build on that already established base and push for a little bit more. A 21 km run is the perfect distance to challenge yourself without taking too much time away from work and family life. A 21km run does require commitment, though, and it is crucial to build up consistent mileage. This is why I have created the 16-week 21km program for novice runners. In 16 weeks, you will become even more accomplished at running. You will start to challenge yourself with distances you have never reached before. You will discover that strengthening, recovery, and nutrition play a critical role in performance and achieving your 21km goal safely. This is where the running community you have built becomes very important for adherence and motivation. Consistency is key, and as long as you have fun and complete all the steps, you will reach your goal and do so while having fun. You get three to four structured weekly running days designed to increase your strength, speed, and endurance. Two strength programs to improve range of motion, strength, and stability. Access to coaching advice for the duration of the program. A dedicated group of like-minded runners striving to improve their running. We have also added an option for you to level up and add a nutrition plan to your program. You will get a consultation, body composition test, and meal plan for the program. You will also receive body composition checking along the way to monitor your progress. You will also have access to dietary support along the way.
