Welcome to the Run with Us couch-to-10km program. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone eager to kickstart their running journey or rediscover the joy of running in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're recovering from postpartum or post-injury or simply looking to overcome a bout of inactivity, this program is tailored just for you. No matter your starting point, our comprehensive 8-week program is thoughtfully designed to guide you towards conquering a full 10km distance. Throughout the program, you'll engage in three running sessions per week, complemented by two dedicated strength exercise days. Additionally, we provide invaluable health and fitness advice to help you monitor your progress along the way. All runs happen in and around Hout Bay. There is an 08:15 and 17:30 running sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the duration of the program. During the program, Run with Us members will have exclusive access to a physio and sports massage treatments upon request. Our expanded team will be with you every step of the journey, offering unwavering support and guidance. With a biokineticist, physiotherapist, and two run guides on hand, you'll receive expert care from multiple perspectives.
