About us
Who We Are

Biokinetics is the science of movement that focuses on using clinical exercise to prevent and manage disease, aid recovery from injury, and improve overall quality of life. It serves as a bridge between medical care and physical performance, utilizing exercise as a tool to restore and maintain optimal function.

At Rogan Heyns Biokinetics, we emphasize the use of scientifically-based exercise to facilitate recovery, build resilience, and enhance health. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to move and feel better, our approach is centered on safe, effective, and evidence-driven rehabilitation.
