About us

Run with Rogan is a running community that began with a couch-to-10km program and has expanded to a group supporting all types of runners and running levels.

 

The couch to 10km is an incredible opportunity for anyone eager to kickstart their running journey or rediscover the joy of running in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Whether you're recovering from postpartum or post-injury, or simply looking to overcome a bout of inactivity, this program is tailored just for you. No matter your starting point, our comprehensive 8-week program is thoughtfully designed to guide you towards conquering a full 10km distance.

 

Over the course of the program, you'll engage in three running sessions per week, complemented by two dedicated strength exercise days. Additionally, we provide invaluable health and fitness advice to help you along the way.

We have now expanded our running program to offer a smash your 10km and a 16-week to a 21km program. These are all designed to safely reach your running goals.
